A word from our pastor
Welcome!
It is my privilege to serve as pastor for a special group of people in an adventure we call Lakeview Community Church.
Lakeview is a fellowship that is all about people, not meetings or special leaders. We believe that every child of God has a specific and unique purpose, and we have pledged ourselves to help one another be all we can be in the Lord.
We believe in discipleship, not dependence; and we believe that discipleship is accomplished through people, not programs.
There are a lot of other interesting and different things about Lakeview that you’ll discover here. These pages will highlight people, and they will be constantly changing. Check back often, drop us an email, or come see us some Sunday morning. I think you’ll enjoy the difference.

Our purpose
To fully devote ourselves to following Jesus and to encouraging those we know and meet to do the same!
We are a group of people who are seeking the Lord together. We believe in families, and that parents are the best source of spiritual training for children, so we seek to help parents in that great task without separating families.
Lakeview is part of the Evangelical Free Church of America, and we share the EFCA statement of faith.
